Seam App: A Curated Wardrobe
Project Goal: UX/UI Design for a Fashion App
Overview: Due to globalization and cheap labor abroad, new fashion trends are arriving at faster rates and becoming more affordable, leading many young men and women in the US to frequently update their wardrobes. Seam addresses this issue through an innovative app that changes how users interact with their clothes and transforms their mindset about fashion. Our UI/UX project for Seam began with extensive research into shopping habits and consumerism’s impact, followed by user interviews and surveys to gather insights. We developed wireframes and prototypes to ensure intuitive navigation and functionality, focusing on clean, modern aesthetics and features that promote mindful shopping and wardrobe management. Through iterative testing, we refined the app to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
